Maximilian Worbs is a Senior Associate at the ECCO Group. He is part of the investment team and involved in the analysis, structuring, and execution of investments. His focus lies on the financial and strategic evaluation of companies as well as supporting transaction processes across the entire investment cycle.
Prior to joining the ECCO Group, Maximilian spent several years in investment banking, where he worked in Technology M&A and advised on complex buy- and sell-side transactions from origination through to closing. In addition, he gained experience in strategy consulting, where he was responsible for M&A support projects and operational transformation initiatives. This combination of transactional expertise, analytical strength, and strategic thinking shapes his contribution to the ECCO Group’s investment activities.
Maximilian holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.
